I'm no expert, but here's my .02:
Can you maintain forever the practice of eating broccoli and sashimi for breakfast? I couldn't.
I don't see many drinks listed. I knew a personal trainer once who had a client who couldn't seem to lose weight. She told him everything she ate, but left out about 800 calories/day of juice she was drinking.
Do you get hungry between meals? You could trow an apple or orange in there as a snack.
