ive been with them for 4 years. i recall vaguely them sending me a questionnaire regarding where i stored car and how much i used it and for what purpose. best i can recall, i have agreed value for the purchase price of car, i cant use it to drive to work, no parades, and there is a mileage limit of a few thousand miles per year...cant remember exactly how much...basically the understanding is that they have insured a garage-kept hobby car that gets used on sunny days in the summer

they never asked for photos or an appraisal or any mileage documentation other than the odometer reading at the time the policy was made
