if i was ever in an accident...i suspect,regarding the miles limit, that they would look at the odometer reading at time of policy and then look at odometer at time of crash and calculate the average yearly miles
for some reason, Haggerty strikes me as the type of company to overlook a few extra miles. if however, the limit is 1,000 a year and your driving 8,000 a year..i would expect a denial of coverage
