I think it's pretty good.

I had heard about it, and I was wondering how they would handle it. The fact that the dad himself was a well known wife cheater, and because of it lived separately from the mom, doesn't exactly put him in a position of being an example for his son. So it makes it a difficult line to walk. But "have you learned anything" is fairly brilliant, because it works both ways - Did Tiger learn from his own actions, and as a rhetorical question - "why didn't you learn from the stupid things I did?"

That being said, of course it is an attempt to reposition their biggest asset. It's a difficult situation for Nike.

I just wonder if the time for the apologies, etc. has passed. IMO they are dwelling on it too much. He's made his apologies, they are what they are, the past is the past and nothing can be done about the past. Move on. I would have considered an upbeat, exciting, "Tiger is Back to Golf!" ad, showing his greatest shots over the years, etc.
