If you are going by what I said earlier about JB weld or plastic welding. they are two different procedures.
One is JB Weld, a two part epoxy that can be used to glue the parts back together or actually welding the plastic together or you can reform the part if a piece is missing with a plastic repair kit like the one that Eastwood sells.
If you need a deflector I can sell you mine, my car has been off the road for eight years now so a few more days won't matter.
