Having actually lived in Schenectigrad, I can see quite a few flaws in this:
The NYS Lottery is indeed at One Broadway Center, but the zipcode is wrong. Also, if the PO box is 7401, then the zip+4 with be zip-7401.
Phone number is obviously not Schenectady, NY.
The first phone number is meant to look international, but if someone were to dial it, it would come up as a CELL PHONE number in NYC.
