I recently purchased the Coverking Stormproof cover here at Pelican Parts. It's been a rainy winter here in the Bay Area and my old cover (one of those older "waffle" looking things) just wasn't doing the job against the water. First impressions were that the Stormproof was very thin for the money (they're pricey), but through several storms it's kept the water out flawlessly. I was attracted to this cover because it does not rely on any coatings for water resistance - it's in the weave.

The one fly in the ointment has been my cat. She's unimpressed with the tight weave and likes to climb on the car. When rain is in the forecast I now use the Stormproof for water protection and the old cover on top of that for cat protection. Seems to work.
