n'no. you have to look at where the big heat producers come from first.

On a hot summer day, the attic temps will be MUCH higher than ambient. You want to block that big heat source. Walls that see direct sun are next up.

Also, consider, that if your garage is on a slab, that you have a nice heat sink, right there.
