I've been remodeling for over 3 1/2 years. I started out a carpenter by trade. I'm getting close to done on the kitchen, and I am very thankfull to say the least. I was just laughing about how the worst was suppost to be over, and that this peak-****tyness was suppost to have already passed. I thought I'd share.

I added the arch (a copy of another one in the house), and vaulted the ceiling. Complete lighting and electrical redo, and the plumbing has been completely rearranged.
This is my kitchen as of today. My dishwasher is nonfunctional. That blows.

Check out my temporary outlets- fricken hot, eh?
Just tonight I was doing the dishes (manually) and the friggin sink head broke, and now it's got so much pressure, it douches everything in a 6 foot radius. I was soaked by the time I was done. I tryed to remove what was left, but it was very stubborn and unresponsive. Not cool.
I've got a huge hole in my exterior wall,
My floor is a wreck ( for now)
And I've got GWB and wood stacked up in my house
I hope it ends soon, But I still want to put up 2 skylights, and move a few windows. I might just be into pain, I'm not sure. Tell me you're thoughts...!
