Those sodium numbers are incredible. 1500 mg sodium is about 2/3 teaspoon of table salt. Add a side of fries and then imagine sitting down and pouring an entire teaspoon of table salt on your lunch.
The grilled chicken at KFC is actually not bad, nutritionally. As is any of the other chicken if you remove the skin and breading. The breading is where most of the fat and a lot of the calories is. Guess its hard to remove the breading/skin from a Double Down.
