1. take some 80 or 100 grit sandpaper and sand the rotor face down. then brake cleaner it. then put some brake grease on the backing plate of the pad.
2. bigger problem for you. brake drag = caliper stuck. u need to take em off and rebuild em or replace em if need be.
3. your engine is leaking oil onto the header. most likely rear of cam tower or head.
