I sent travis a e-mail awhile back asking what the difference was between the two. The deluxe Kit is basically the lindsey kit, but uses rubber hoses instead of stainless steel.
The basic is the rubber hose, but you instal them where the originals were, so you don't have cut your hard fuel lines like the lindsey or deluxe sets. plus the basic comes in blue.
I have the blue ones, but haven't installed them yet.
