If it's aftermarket, then this would depend on the installer. I have an alarm horn right under the front bumper. Very easy to disable if need be by a crook. In another post, I had the alarm box actually fall under my brake pedal while I was driving. Most Alarm Installers aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. At least in my experience.

I have the factory alarm in mine, but where are the driving horns? I think up behind that left head light, hard to get to except maybe through the wheel well via access panel. I am not sure, can't really see in there except from through the grill below. Something looks like a horn but not sure.
