It's all relative, fast food just isn't the best for you...no matter where you go:
KFC's New Creations
Original Recipe Double Down:
540 calories, 32 g fat, 1,380 mg sodium
Grilled Double Down:
460 calories, 23 g fat, 1,430 mg sodium
McDonalds Southwest Chicken Salad w/dressing
420 calories, 15g fat, 1300 mg sodium
Taco Bell's Chicken Quesidillia
540 calories, 30 g fat, 1310 mg sodium
And I can go on and on. The point is, there's some heroes and goats on every fast food menu, with many seemingly healthy (when they're not) and others seemingly incredibly bad for you (when they're no worse than others). It comes down to, you make the choices on what you consume...but the only way you can make good choices is by doing a little research. OBTW, don't think your sit down restaurants are any better!! Anyways, I have that chicken quesidillia on occasions, now may consider the "double down", or even better, eat at home.
