It was very big news in Germany and the decision came out a few days before I went there. And I think that was around the same time that guy in AL sued BMW over that minor paint repair on his new car, which they offered to replace for him and he still refused. BS lawsuits in the US are big news in other countries. We're so used to it, we hardly think twice about.
