ya know rick when i heard that i about puked. at 1st the guy was saying he was trying to grab something on the seat and was distracted. then as the investigation moves on they find out about his background, and then when they go to bust him after getting blood tests back hes high on meth again!
heres a classic case of "speed kills" just a different kind of speed.
the ONLY TIME its safe to ride around here is when it 100 degrees plus and all the snowbirds have shriveled up and DIED! or gone back home.
i gave my street license up years ago when this OLD BAT cut across in front of me at bashas in town making a left. i was going 25mph(speed limit) had my helmet on and jacket gloves jeans boots and layed my ATK 605 DOWN HARD! that BEEEATCH never stopped and then SPLIT out the back exit of the shopping center telling me she knew what she did.
thats all it took for me. never again on city streets. interstates sure anytime but city streets here with all these idiot snowbirds is suicide!
