That unidentified no badge displaying cop had no reason to draw his weapon on some punk doing wheelies on his bike in traffic. Just rediculous to think otherwise. Felony traffic infraction, give me a break. Just a dumbass who will probably hurt himself sooner than later. And that cop should have recognized that immediately. That cop instantly and without provocation elevated that situation way beyond what it deserved. I worry more about cops that pull this crap on us than the former. Then to go thru all the BS procedures just to confiscate his stuff. WTF? Is that what we want to deal with in our communities?
