The cop should have been dead on the ground. There is no justification ever to brandish a weapon without identifying himself. I never saw the pathetic pig show a badge in the video.
MD cops seem to have rage issues. I had an unmarked one tailgating me and driving hyper aggressively. The POS even accused me of road rage for break checking him after 30 minutes of messing with me.
