Yes, that's the one (spiral). It has a replaceable center pin, but I had to make my own external pin out of a T-nut, short bushing and 1/4-20 bolt. (if in fact yours fell out). This would affect the motor umpf. The motors themselves are very hardy.
If you don't have an interference issue like UrQuattro suggested, you're back to loose/misaligned frame. One candidate you could check is a smallish (2x3 inch?) L-shaped bracket at the bottom of the front frame - they can snap in half and affect window out/in position. pn 911-542-061-00
