There are two aspects to taking a gun to Scotland and returning with it.
First, you must obtain a US Customs clearance form for your firearm from the US Customs office close to you. Keep this and guard it from loss.
Second I will send you a UK Customs form that once filled out I will send to the UK with a broker friend of mine. He will make sure your firearms are not held up in UK Customs and provide you the exit paperwork to allow you to leave the UK with your firearm.
It may sound like a lot, but it really is all some very simple paperworked filed with the right people. I've never had an issue in all these years with this.
