I was down in Key West this weekend, and witnessed this first-hand. It scared the crap out of me just to watch the thing! YES, in the end they fell off. One guy broke his foot, apparently, he couldn't walk away. I did- so I don't know if they actually took him away in an ambulance or not. These guys rode up on scooters....
You know, it occurs to me that alcohol is an amazing subsance~
