I don't have a picture of my engine but it is NLA PN# 928 107 073 00. It is on the driver-side from the airbox then around the outside of the left side spider tubes over to the oil filler. It runs adjacent to the air intake plastic tube on one side and the spiders on the other. before it curves over to the oil filler it has a fitting (on the under side) for the smaller hose.

Since it is raining and the car is outside I am using a Pelican post...you can see it on the picture post#183 (dated 6/20/09) of the below link:
