Eating fried rice is an exercise that will help with your diet. By the time you finish your plate you will have taken so long you are no longer hungry.
I do it the simple way and either use the Chinese/Japanese spoon thingy or just grab a plain old western spoon like most folks around me
Chop sticks are awesome for some things but not for others. Deep frying and moving things around in the oil with chop sticks is awesome but I would not and prefer not to bother using them for steak ... just madness
