I've been upgrading my house for 9 years now - both my labor for 4-6 months/year and many $$$ to contractors. It's not old but the roof leaked and I had to replace an entire rotted out wall. then there were the upgrades per se...

It's a "1960's Modern" design or Arts & Crafts - the difference are beyond me. But if I can ever finish (or recover from the sprains caused by heavy lifting, it'll be nice...)
