I've got the add-a-box's and romex to do this....I would in no way ever help you run an extension cord, but we can certainly add a power outlet and HDMI/digital audio connection in a new box.
I guess my question is where are you going to put your cable/sat. receiver...the other room? Are you planning to hook up any surround sound equipment? You might consider buying a small TV console...my buddy owns a furniture store and we can get you hooked up for less than $200...then you got spaces to put your PS3, Xbox, Wii, Stereo receiver, cable box and still keep a clean look.... sorta like my media room
Heck, if they'll let you cut holes in the walls...might as well run some surround sound wiring thru the ceiling for your rear channels
I'll make you a heck of a deal on a Harmon Kardon receiver....I'm thinking a BIG Onkyo THX is in my future.
