I guess it depends on your definition of "Good". Personally, I see what else there is to eat first, they'll never be my first choice...probably because I have PTSD from the early MREs. They are "better" now.
Whenever possible, they try to mix MREs in with T-Rats.

just remember that MRE's have like 2000 calories. meant to keep our soldiers fighting. not snacking on for lunch hehe. besides i remember eating it all the time will get u constipated...good thing for a soldier short term, bad long term.
