I suggest you ask this on the Canada Forum or the PCA-CWR site.
Something like: "White Rock, BC, service shop wanted".
As for service, I recommend adjusting the valves at the same time along with the oil change and ask that the torque on the head studs is checked. This will not take a lot of extra time while the valve covers are off.
Service:
Valve adjust,
Plugs,
Air filter,
Fuel Filter,
Oil Filter,
Engine oil: 15W40 or 20W50, your choice.
Transmission oil: 75W90 or 80W90 gear oil GL-5. (Swepco is an expensive over-kill, IMHO)
Keep a service log with dates and Mileage.
Once the above is done, you'll be good for a while.
