I'm a little pissed at my attorney right now. I've known her personally for the last 5 years. I was recently involved in an auto collision. The other party is 100% at fault. It's a situation where the other party only had liability at state minimums. Their policy won't cover the whole of my medical bills.

So now I'm in the situation where I will have to pursue this individual in court. I need my attorney's help. She's pretty much perpetually unavailable. Two phonecalls not returned today, one yesterday. I can understand being busy... But when you say you're going to call back and don't... then what?

This looks to be a long road ahead. Should I just obtain a new lawyer? I most certainly don't want to go down this road alone and inexperienced.
