You don't hear from her over a 24 hour period? What's so absolutely urgent? While I recognize this is the most important lawsuit to you, if she's any good, you are niot her only client. If she doesn't get back to you by middle of next week, then I might be concerned, but unless you have some serious issue that needs to be addressed right now I think you're overreacting a bit.`
Just out of curiosity what was the driver at fault's coverage? And what is your UM coverage through your carrier?...that's who I'd be calling.
