Dueller, more like haven't heard from her in a 1-week period. When I get a response on the phone its usually days later. Last time we "spoke" was last week. Since then I've heard nothing back. We're at the point where the other party's insurance is ready to cut a check but if we need to pursue this person in a civil suit I'm kind of in need of direction.

I understand she may be focusing on cases that actually pay. When she took it on we kind of had an understanding that she would get a percentage of any settlement. I know it may not seem like much but I've been handling 90% of the legwork and just referring to her when I get to a point (like now) where I need technical input.
