OK, now I am confused. I thought the grove on the hub AND the groove on the joint both faced the circlip. this is what I see in the WSM to lead me to this possibly mistaken belief.
The groove on the joint (body) is facing the circlip.
When assembled correctly the hub groove faces the same direction as the joint groove.
Therefore, Both grooves face the circlip end. Yes?
