The dining room and cellar are an add on. The room was so long I turned the last four feet into a big wine closet behind french doors. I found floor to ceiling custom mahogany racking at a restaurant that was going out of business. Got it cheap. It's temp controlled and holds a little more than 1000 bottles. It's my favorite part of the house I think. At night the cellar back lighting looks nice.
