I have never had a garage. I decided that I didn't care if we lived with flattened crackwhores as flooring in the living room, I would have a garage.
I might not have 220 service in there (but i might...have to check harder), and it might not be heated...
But it's under $900 a month.
We were almost paying that for our 1 bedroom crappy apartment.
