That appears to be a longhood/longhood conversion. From the context of the Wiki quiote (which was apparently lifted from another article on a factory site), these were apparently special ordered as a promotion and were mid '80's turbo look NA cars that had some engine mods and special graphics for an Italian market/promotion. Sorta a predecessor to the club sport maybe?
Would be interesting to see if any are still around...
