I've recently acquired an 84 911. Unfortunately it does need a new clutch.
I've flirted with the idea of just sending it to the local guy. However, I do love working on old cars and desire to get to know my ride a bit better.
I am a very accomplished home mechanic, yet feel a bit overwhelmed with needing to do such a substantial first job on my p-car.
I am hoping for two things:
First someone willing to help show me the ropes - I have Wayne's book and all tools needed.
Second - as I live in a 200 year old house in Clarks Summit without a garage - can I invite myself to your place?
I know that this is all a lot to ask. In return I can offer this:
I love to cook and would be more than happy to provide for you
and your family an unforgettable steak or seafood dinner of your choice with matched wine or beer of course.

I have access to some of the finest grass fed beef in the area.
Additionally, I would certainly provide any and all needed refreshments during the task.
Sound like fun to anyone?
