The car is still very drivable. It is just starting to slip when I accelerate quickly around 3000 RPM in third-fifth. The rpms will jump about 500-700 then go straight back down as the clutch starts to stick.

You might consider checking your clutch disc too. The sudden increase in engine RPM and no change in car's velocity (in gear) seems to be a slipping clutch disc or pressure plate problem. I will be available from May 10 to 21. However, I will be out of the country from May 22 to June 6. And will be available again for a month.
