As far as your personalization goes, I would consider those more upgrades. Stereo upgrade is common, shocks would've needed to be replaced sooner or later anyway, and the sport exhaust is also a very common upgrade. I would think those would be selling features, not turn offs. But then again, that's just my opinion.
