No, it's not going to vibrate your teeth. That's an urban myth right up there with non-rubber suspension points and motor mounts.
You may not want to run them for different reasons though. That would be if you also ran solid motor mounts and were worried about too much stress being put into the trans case and bellhousing is the entire body flexes.
If you did that you'd have to be careful to tighten everything with the body not jacked up and be sure that mounts are in postion and not pulling as they are tightened. That's the same thing the WSM covers when using shims to adjust trans mounts.
