The Lightning MAF is going to flow way too much for an NA application... That will make it hard to tune. The largest I would think about is the Mustang GT, and even that is overkill for an NA.
With the DIY, you should be a able to get a decent tune (not perfect because it uses the factory AFM code, not true MAF code).
