The two (2) bottom fuses look good to me. The top one is hard to tell. The brief 'sparking' you have caused would not damage or break these fuses. Hook the battery back and inspect the fuse panel very closely. If there was a 'short' you inadvertently created, one of these fuses would have been busted by the time you removed the battery. You should be OK.
