Someone will have to chime in with the fuse designations.
The top fuse appears to be a spare.
I suspect that the other two are for the rear window defogger,
and the heater blower.
The top fuse appears well worn as do the other two.
Try cleaning the connections and replace the fuses.
Then check if your assigned items are working.
There should be voltage on
BOTH sides of the fuses.
It is very possible that you did not damage anything.
