I understand this but I had valid insurance. I got lazy about putting the new card in the Mercedes because I generally never get pulled-over. And it was the CHP on SB I-5, not local cops. How can you carry a gun everywhere as a private citizen? Friendly Sheriff give you a CCW permit?
