Your gonna hate me for saying it, but if your planning on having kids soon and a house buy a minivan. The sliding doors will make it much easier to load small children into child seats, you don't have to worry about them dinging other peoples doors and you can fit a ton of stuff into the back (strollers, baby bags, diapers, cement bags, 2X4X8 lumber, 4x8 plywood sheets, 911 motors).
My bet is if you get the CC you'll end up hating having to drive a comparatively boring sedan (compared to the 930) thats design inherently limits the amount of rear seat room and trunk space you have.
FYI, I'm 23, don't have any kids and don't own a house, take my advice with a grain of salt.
