Ok, I have learned a little from picking it up. It is the 77 911s engine that was completely gone through in 81 (wow). It was used in a race car, not sure what series but it has adjustable koni's on all corners and a karmin gih (spelling) front? with a ferrari type body kit in all fiberglass. Doesn't say much other than a regular 911 rear end. I bought it because it just looks like a fun project or to part, No idea yet. The windshield is out of a 66 corvette. It runs 5 lug 15 inch by 8 1/2 rims on rear and 14 inch rims on front. I have to get some pics other than what was on craigslist. It was in ft wayne indiana if anyone is bored. The engine runs but needs a fuel pump. Does anyone have a source for a timing belt for this car? It ran but it has been a long time since belt changes? The only history on the car/engine is in the form of a letter typed a long time ago. The car was originally raced in New York and then Idaho. It was in new york for two years and won it's class in SCCA for both years. It had the number 1 painted on all four sides. Pics to come tomorrow.
