We are in the process of redoing the downstairs bath and replacing the windows. For now we a working on the downstairs. Putting in some new electrical outlets and running CAT5 to the rooms. Changing a formal living room to a family room.
We need to refinish 2 hardwood floors and paint every room.
Wish list is long: Central air, pave driveway, new storm doors, fix front stoop, electric service underground,remove back porch and build a new kitchen with a master bedroom above $$$$.
