Yesterday, a young girl went to my right on a 6 lane street, found traffic in front of her, swung 2 lanes to my left and went roaring by with emergency vehicles coming at us on the other side code 3. All while on a phone. Brilliant.
Oh, this was all in front of CSULB. (a state university for those of you out-of-state)
