I was nearly run over while walking on the sidewalk this am one block from home. Young woman roared out of her apt. parking garage and passed inches in front of me, I nearly made contact with the side of her car. Her face was maybe two feet from mine, she was texting and did not even know I was there. I was walking and talking on phone, luckily not 100% distracted.
