Mifintifin, the headrests used for '65-67 911s were the 356 variety (round and mounted to the back of the seat with flat metal supports), not the type pictured that mounted via holes in the top of the seat backs. The question is even more convoluted for sport seats in '67 - then you throw the '66 Recaro sport seat/race bucket into the mix and no definitive answer can be given.
