Our website has the obligatory Contact Us section.
We have a drop down for the standard stuff,
PR, Investor Relations, Bus Dev, Customer Support etc...
The last option is "Other" for something that may not fit in another category.
Other is forwarded to me so I can determine who in the company should address it.
Couple of times a week we get support mail to the Other category.
Today I got this.

So rather than telling us which game, what platform, what issue he is having etc... so my guys can respond with an answer they will now need to drag the info out of him which over email may take days to resolve.
