your high low is on your turn arm, if you search there is a thread on how to test and fix if it wasn't fried to bad, you should look into installing a set of head light relays to save yourself from running into this in the future. the set up the factory used runs the power thru the switch, with the relay you will still run 12v but the amperage will be significantly lower.
